*By telephone when customers inquire about products or order over the phone.
*By mail when customers inquire about products or send us a letter with feedback of their experience.

Information we collect

We also collect payment information that could identify you as an individual. In addition, we do collect information that is anonymous and does not identify an individual. "Payment Information" is private information that pertains to how you will pay for an order from our website. This would include a credit card number, credit card type, and expiration date. The above-mentioned information is provided by the customer. Through our credit card merchant system, we also collect billing address verification and credit card "CVV" information. This information is used to verify that the card belongs to the person listed under the billing address information.

"Anonymous Information" includes information such as how many users visit our website, what pages were viewed, keywords used in searches, IP (Internet Protocol) addresses and referring Web Page URLs. All of this information is collected without personally identifying the user. An example of anonymous information would be statistics that state how many users visited a page or the website in any given day. However, the users are not identified, just the aggregate number of visitors.

How we use the information collected
We may use "Personally Identifiable Information" collected through the Web site or telephone to complete an order or transaction requested by you, our customer. If you place an order with You and Me Findings, the information collected for that transaction will be used to fulfill your order, get the order shipped properly, and bill you correctly. This information may also be used when you return a product or if billing adjustments are required.

If you request to be added to our mailing list, we may also use your mailing address or e-mail address to alert you to special offers, sales, store updates, and new services.

If you provide address information to our mailing list and/or during the order process, we will not sell or trade that information to anyone for any reason. However, if you specifically agree to provide us with identifiable information, such as by asking to be put on our mailing list, we may contact you from time to time.

"Payment Information" is used to complete billing and crediting issues on orders placed at You and Me Findings. The You and Me Findings website uses a secure server in order to provide a secure shopping experience. When you place your order with us, the information is 'encrypted' so that it can only be read by us. It travels from you to us only, no third party can ever access the information.
