Handling Times
We at You and Me Findings make every effort to ship your order out in a timely manner. Your order may take 3-7 business days before your order may be shipped out.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Carrier delivery times generally are 2-10
business days. Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii may take longer depending on your shipping method.
Signature upon delivery is required
for all shipments.

When ordering, follow these simple steps to receive free shipping:
1. After pressing checkout, type your name and address.
2. Then on the bottom of the page there is a place for you to put a coupon or discount number. Simply type in freeship (lower case) in the box provided.
3. On the next page it will show USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days) as no charge.
4. Continue onto the next page and type in your credit card information in our secured page and once you press you press checkout; your all done!
In stock items ordered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the following business day.
Barring events beyond our control, such as severe weather, your order would be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that there are some areas of the country that may take longer to service.
Offer valid for orders delivered or shipped to a recipient in the United States within the 48 continental states. For customers located in Hawaii and Alaska, shipping would be free to the closest continental US border and the customer would be responsible for any additional shipping fees thereafter.
For customers who qualified for the free shipping, if you return your order to us, we not supply a shipping label. Items being returned will be at the customer’s expense. Offer expires July 31, 2008.
Return Policy:
We will issue a refund or replacement for
most items returned to us within 15 days of delivery.
Items that are found to be defective or damaged are eligible for a
full refund or replacement, with a few exceptions (see "Items not
eligible for returns" below).
If You Find That an Item You Purchased is Defective or
Damaged:
Please contact us by email or phone if you have received an item(s)
that appears to have a manufacturers defect. We will need to know your name, the item
#, the reason you believe the item is defective or damaged and
whether you would like a replacement or refund. Upon
receiving your returned item we will issue you a full refund,
replacement or store credit, whichever you prefer.
If You Want to Return an Item for Any Other Reason Than
Being Defective or Damaged:
Return the item to us at You and Me Findings, 501 S. San Gabriel Blvd. #101, San Gabriel, CA 91776. Please contact us before returning an
item.
Non-defective Merchandise Must Meet the Following Conditions to
Qualify for Return Acceptance:
- All returns
must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and
accessories.
- Merchandise
must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity. Broken quantity
inner packs are not returnable.
- Merchandise,
merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be
other defaced or damaged.
Returns that do not meet the conditions
described in this return policy will be returned to you and you will
incur the shipping cost of the return.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Some items we sell are not returnable and will be noted in the item
descriptions as "NO RETURNS-SALES ARE FINAL ON THIS ITEM". This
could be for various reasons due to the manufacturer or the nature
of the product. Most items that are not returnable are either a
clearance item or a product, such as chain by foot. Note: clearance items are returnable
IF they are found to be defective.
Items Damaged During Shipment:
All merchandise damaged during
shipment is not covered by the shipper. When you receive your package(s),
inspect each box for signs of damage such as crushed, torn, open,
unseamed tape, etc. If you do find outward damage, sign the receipt
with the words "Exception - Damage". Or you can refuse the package and the it will be sent back to us.
Then call or email us to
explain the damage involved, number of cartons received and whether
you desire a replacement or refund. This information will prepare us
for a claim report to the carrier. If you should receive a shipment
delivered by a carrier that shows no visible damage, but upon
inspection you discover damage due to evident rough handling, please
call us immediately to report the damage, and indicate whether you
desire a replacement or a refund.
Lost Shipments:
If you have placed an order and have not received it in a
reasonable period of time, please contact us so that we may initiate
a tracer with the carrier. Normally a response is received within 10
working days after the tracer is initiated. Most carriers require a
10-day waiting period before they will accept a tracer request. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shortages:
If you receive an order from us and find it has not been filled
completely:
- Thoroughly check
the carton(s) and packing. Small items may be under the
packing material. Upon receipt, check the condition of the
cartons. If there is a shortage due to tampering, a claim
must be placed with the carrier.
If there is no tampering and an actual shortage exists,
please contact us.
We will need to
know the number of cartons received, the missing item
number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
- We will
investigate the shortage. When the item is confirmed as not
shipped, it will be shipped or a refund will be issued,
whichever you prefer.
If reweighing
your shipment or other checking procedures indicates all
items were shipped, we will advise you.

Return Policy: Mail Order
Returns or exchanges of items will only be accepted within 15 business days from the original date of purchase. Returns or exchanges must be in its original packaging please read our return policy for more details. We do NOT accept returns for chain by the foot.
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of original invoice and a Return Authorization #. Returns without a copy of the invoice will not be accepted, and will be returned to the sender. All persons wishing to do a return must have an authorization number which can be obtained by calling 1-866-619-2626. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted, and will be returned to the sender. Once you have obtained an authorization number you can mail in your return. Please be sure to include your authorization number with your return which should be written on the copy of the original invoice and on the box.
Terms:
All claims of shortage or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. Interest will be charged on all delinquents at the highest rate allowed by law. In the event You and Me Findings hires an attorney or collection agency for the purpose of collecting amounts due under terms of this agreement, the buyer agrees to pay all attorney fees, collection fees and all incurred court costs.
You and Me Findings reserves the right to change prices without prior notification.
Additional Terms:
Items purchased from mail order that need to be returned must be mailed to the offices of You and Me Findings. Items purchased from mail order cannot be returned at the trade shows.
Shipping costs associated with returns regardless of conditions shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. You and Me Findings will not reimburse shipping costs for items returned.
