How do I shop on your site?
To add
items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the "ADD TO CART" button for the item you wish to
purchase. To view your shopping cart click on "MY CART" located at the left hand side of this page. To remove an item from your
cart, check the box of the item you wish to remove located
under the "Select" column, then click "Delete". Your new total will automatically
update. To change the quantity of items, change the number in the
box under the "Quantity" column and click "Update
Totals".
How can I search for a
product?
Browsing by category allows you to search for products with a
similar function. For more advanced search you can click on the
"Search" button at the top of this page. From there, you can enter the item number, the product name, or a description of the
product.

How do I use a
coupon or promotion code?
When you checkout you will
be asked to enter your shipping address, on the bottom of that page

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If shipping to the state of California, sales tax will
be required, however if you have a wholesale license, tax will be exempted.

What shipping carriers do you offer?
Shipment will be by USPS only.
Backorder items will be shipped by USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
What are your shipping costs?
The shipping cost by USPS Priority Mail are computed on merchandise total.
All customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Protectorates will be subject to an additional $2.00 minimum shipping fee.
